Windows 10: Ever decreasing wifi speed

To improve my connection speed I upgraded the adaptor in my Dell M6800 to a Intel 7260AC card. Initially I was getting circa 50 to 70 Mbs which is good enough for working from home. Beside one the same desk my iphone and ipad easily get 90 to 100 Mbs.

That was 2 months ago and since then the speed on the M6800 just keeps decreasing, this morning it struggled to get over 10 yet my apple devices are still 90 to 100.

At the same time I've noticed the M6800 is sluggish, yet I keep it as clean as possible, debloat it, clear registrys and generally keep the **** out as best as I can with Win 10 and constant updates


This is getting really frustrating, my work Teams call are constantly dropping out now. Is this an OS issue, Hardware, both ????

Download speed decreased to 0.2mbit (from 6mbit) after upgrade from Win8 to Win10

Hello,

im experiencing very strange problem because download speed after upgrade to Win10 has decreased. Upload speed is still about 20Mbit/sec. I tried following:

• multiple network devices- Primary is LAN adapter, secondary LTE phone. Altough the ping is different and upload speed on LTE phone network is slower, both network connections suffer from very low speed (0.2Mbit). And yes, I tried different pc and
  
• newest drivers installed
• dns cleared
• antivirus uninstalled, no malware found. No improvement in speed either
  
• p2p update redistribution disabled

Before reverting back to Windows81, do you have any suggestions?

 

After KB3093266 update Wi-Fi downloading speed decreased 50%

My speed didn't decrease, but I couldn't use my wifi at all, as the wifi adapter does not show in the network adapters page. The installation of this update and the start of the wifi adapter issues are correlated, as they started in the same time.

Does Microsoft have a solution for that?
