Every 30 minutes or so, I press any button on my keyboard and it pulls up random stuff.

One of my friends was playing on my PC and we were done so I told him to shut it off, I don't know what he was thinking but he just took the power cord out the back of it, after that when I turned it back on it did some repair thing, and since then this problem started happening. So every 30 minutes or so, my keyboard goes crazy, for example if I press E file explorer pops up, W whiteboard and snip pops up, and so on. Any fixes or has anyone had this problem? It's really annoying to restart every time. I have a high spec pc, i7 8700k and 2070.
