    Every Few seconds my PC freezes HELP!!!! this problem started to occurer a few days ago but over time its coming more freuqwent and i dont know why but i think it could be some of my Hardware is broken or not working proply HELP please

    PC Freezes for 1-2 seconds when launching certain programs

    The PC would freeze for a few seconds when I open certain programs the first time after waking the PC from sleep. It would not freeze if I open the program again after the first time, until I sleep the PC again. Programs that would freeze are e.g. MPC, Potplayer, etc.

    System specs in profile

    Tried:
    -Clean Windows 10 install, twice
    -Newest drivers
    -New Monitor, New TV

    Any Suggestions? Thanks!

    To isolate your Windows 10 freezing issue, kindly answer the following questions:

    • Aside from this error, are you also getting other error codes or messages?
    • Where do you usually experience this freezing issue? Is it during startup?
    • Other troubleshooting steps you've tried so far?
