Windows 10: Every night at about 11:55 pm my Windows 10 uses capture picker and takes a screen shot of...

Within the hour it dissappears... Why is this happening? Is someone or something taking the shots?
It doesnt seem to matter what is going on at the time, be it a browser window open or im racing my in game.
What usefull information could they obtain from such a practice?
The machine is a W10 Build 17763. And, "No, I don't want to upgrade to 1903.
I had it already and I reinstalled this version on purpose because it runs so much smoother in this system.
Any help is greatly appreciated, but I need to know why it's happening in this version? Is it only this version?
Is it an exploit? & if you know, where should I look to find the tracks so I can stop it?​

capturing screen shots in Windows 10

I can't find how to "print screen" in Windows 10. Hitting cntl or alt or shift or Fn or windows alone or in any combination with the PrtSc button doesn't work. (Someone suggested something with the G key, but that just asks about games.)

Does Window support screen shot capturing, or do we have to download another separate program? If it does, how do I do it in Windows 10? Thanks.
