    Every night I turn off my monitors and when I turn them on I have to restart my PC on...


    Every night I turn off the monitors and in the morning I can continue from where I left off. Since installing Windows 11 if I turn off the monitors, I have to restart my computer and certain work disappears but I can restore stuff like chrome. It's getting old. I have it set not to sleep, not hybrid sleep, not to go to the screensaver and so on. Just like I did in Windows 10. This happens when updates occur and I get that part but when no updates occur, it still does it. Is there some other setting that has to be changed? I want it to work like it did. The only thing that I upgraded was the vi

    Windows turns monitor on at night.

    At night I turn off the monitor but leave the PC running. At around 2-3am, Windows turns the monitor on and it stays on the rest of the night. I have selected "never" on all power schemes. This did not happen with 8.1. Also, during the day when the PC
    is idle it randomly switches between lock screen and login screen. While at the login screen the little "busy" circle activates for a few seconds then it goes back to lock screen. Is there a fix for both these occurrences.

    How to turn on night light for dual monitor set up

    Hi

    My set up is a Dell Lattitude 7400 laptop connected to a Dell Docking station with two external monitors from Lenovo ThinkVision.

    Sometimes my Monitor 1 turns on night light but most times it does not.

    Monitor 2 never turns night light on.

    Tried updating window updates and restarting.

    Any help would be appreciated.
