    Every program crashes on startup


    So i recently installed new hardware motherboard, ram, cpu, and this thing happened while i was using visual studio. So i pressed something like alt + b or i dunno, and noticed that my pdf reader and browser stopped. Then i tried reopening the pdf but it froze in like 5 seconds. After this most programs freeze and i have to reboot. So since than it happened a few times, sometimes when i reboot it fixes itself but sometimes it doesn't. And i had enough when i pressed ctrl +s in word and it killed teams and i missed my class. What the heck is this?

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    Adding programs to startup with Windows 7?

    You could add entries to the registry to launch the apps on startup, but it's easier to just add them to the startup foler as Newt suggested.
