Windows 10: Every single browser I download will not open, so I believe Windows is blocking it

Hi, I'm trying to download another browser because frankly I'm not a fan of edge. I have downloaded chrome, firefox and opera gx and every single time, once they have installed, they won't open. Any idea how to fix it? Thanks!
