Windows 10: Every time a try to print a color Pictures files on my Win 10 Lenovo Laptop with my HP...

Every time a try to print a color Pictures files on my Win 10 Lenovo Laptop with my HP Officejet 3830 printer it prints out monochrome. I have deleted and reinstalled the printer twice and that does not fix it. I have tried to change monochrome to color but it just defaults back to monochrome. What do I need to do ?

HP printer not printing in color

I am using Windows 10 & HP printer, was printing in color as of late Oct. 2019 no longer prints in color. It does print in color using an IPAD or Phone. I implemented all the steps in the troubleshooter and it still will not print in color. The test
page does print in color. HP advised this is a Windows problem Need Help please.

 

HP Color Printer and my laptop

I have a Laptop with Windows 10 pro 2004 and a HP 4650 series printer. My printer will print color for documents sent from my iPhone, but not from my laptop. All the printer settings on the laptop show that its set for color. But, no matter what program
I use, all documents from the laptop print black. Suggestions

 

Windows 10 HP Officejet Pro 8620 Will not print


Thank you for posting this. I tried all the listed steps and still not able to print EXCEPT when I ran the HP Print and Scan Doctor; at the conclusion of the scan, the app prompts me to print a test page from within the Scan Doctor and it is successful. I recall the 8620 being able to do this as well, however.
