Windows 10: every time i open my windows laptop i receive bsod error code 0xc0000098

^ as the title says, i've tried many different ways to attempt to fix this but it still isn't working. i haven't got a disk or usb either

Hello, Recently I Installed Wondershare Filmora 11 Onto My Laptop (An HP 14- ac145tu), And When I Was Editing It Froze And I Had To Force Power Off The Laptop, And The Next Thing I Got Was A BSOD With The First Error Code Being 0xc00001, I Tried To Boot To The Windows Recovery Mode, But It Came Up With A Different Error Code 0xc0000098, I Tried To Boot To Safe Mode But Once Again, It Displayed BSOD Code 0xc0000098,Then The Following Day Using My Phone I Burned A Copy Of Hiren's Boot CD PE And Tried It On My Laptop And It Booted, I Go To The Command Prompt and Typed bootrec /rebuildbcd but it said 0 On The "windows installations" I Followed A Step By Step Guide From Life Wire, https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-rebuild-the-bcd-in-windows-2624508 is the link

but when I used the attrib command, it said that the directory was invalid.

The the 0xc0000098 error can appear due to a corrupted BCD (Boot Configuration Data) file. This can be due to a change in the hardware. There is also a possibility that Windows files or the hard drive was damaged on some cases. In this case, we suggest to boot
from windows 10 installation disc and kindly follow the steps provided by
