    Every time I open Windows 11 Explorer I receive the message "Do you want to allow this app...


    Every time I open Windows 11 Explorer I receive the message "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device." It gives me this message on every User Account Control setting except "Never Notify" which I would rather not use. Also it says operating system is Up to Date. Driving me crazy! I dont receive the message when opening any other app. Pls Help!
