Windows 10: Every time I plug my charger on my laptop, it pops up this "Windows Script Host" Error.

Hello, Names SonicPlays2321! My Laptop Kept popping up the Windows Script Host Error when plugging my charger to my laptop,Here's the message:"Can not find script fileC:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Temp\Rar$DIa6420.25547.rartemp\src\silent.vbs"for more prove, here's the image:btw I couldn't find the location of the error

Windows Script Host, I can't fix it.

So I have been seeing Windows Script Host error popping many times since I got this laptop, saying it is disabled. Well I have no idea what it was but then I just tried steps shown by Fix Windows Script Host access is disabled on this machine
but the error still pops up everyday. What should I do now?

Windows Script Host Error

Hi everyone. I have an HP laptop, runs on Windows 10. I have only had this laptop for a couple years, and use it mostly for college. Recently, a host error message has been popping up, and I have no idea what it means. I haven't noticed a trend as to when
it pops up, since it pops up randomly. The message states:

Windows Script Host

Can not find script file

c:\programData\{03D6EB15-5354-3A93-E2D2-4A113250999F}\

1.9.3.1\fiber.js

Can anyone help me figure out what this is and what I need to do to fix this?
