Windows 10: Every time I press ANYTHING at all my volume is lowered.

hey uhh, so as im typing this my volume keeps lowering if i press anything on my keyboard I've been trying to figure out why it's not working but nothings been helping me. If anyone knows how to fix this BESIDES factory resetting please let me know.

volume rocker cannot lower volume

I cannot lower the volume on my new Nokia 820 - 1 week old. The volume rocker worked initially but now only works upwards so it is stuck on max volume. I have only used Tunein radio and Nokia Music. I have uninstalled both but this makes no difference.
Pressing the top of the rocker shows the volume screen. Pressing the bottom of the rocker does nothing at all. Should I reset the phone or this a hardware problem?

 

My volume lowers whenever I press space, and increases whenever I press numlock.

Hi Malik, thank you for the reply, i have tried everything i saw above, but nothing seems to work, i was playing the so popular fortnite, and i have to press SHIFT + W to run, but sometimes i also have to press SPACE to jump, and it just doesn’t work now,
it just lowers the volume and i found out that NUM LOCK raises the volume, i just feel frustrated because i can’t fix it by myself and have to come to the internet to search for help and probably waste someone’s time to try and help me...
