    Every time I restart my laptop, I get logged out of my account from almost every app.


    Every time I restart my HP Pavilion laptop I see that I have been logged out of my account from almost every app and browser. My email address shows there but I have to sign with my password again. And its not only one app or browser so there must be something wrong with my hardware or software. This is very annoying because if I am in a hurry for some online meeting or something else and I start my laptop, I have to login into the apps again which makes me late even if I am 2 minutes late. My laptop is 2 years old but this issue started 3-4 months ago.

    Please help.......

    my passwords and favorites get erased almost every time laptop restarts

    Can you tell me why my passwords and favorites get erased almost every time laptop needs to restart? The"welcome to Microsoft edge" screen comes up and the favorites and passwords are gone. This used to not happen. Thank you

    Change password required every time I log in

    Hi,

    my laptop asks me to change my user password every time i startup my laptop. When it gets to the username password screen, i type my password then it gives a message..

    1. "The user's password must be changed before signing in"
    2. It pops up the new password and confirm password box
    3. then i can enter the same or new password
    4. It says changing password, then your password has been updated.
    5. it then logs me on.
    However, i have to go through this process every time i start.

    The 5 steps in your message do not work as when i get to the advanced tab it says this option is not available and to go to control panel and change user passwords there. In control panel, settings, accounts,
    sign in options i have changed the Require sign-in to Never but it still asks me next time i shutdown and turn on.

    Every time I restart my laptop, I get logged out of my account from almost every app.

    I have to reset my laptop every time to get it started.

    • My build is 18252.1000
    • This problem is persistent from last week.
    • My laptop won't start (It either gets stuck on loading screen or sometime it's complete blank)
    • I have to reset it by pressing and holding the power button.
    • I have tried Hibernation, Shutting it down and putting it to sleep.
    • Every time it starts, resetting is must irrespective of the last active state and method to coll it down.
