Windows 10: Every time I restarts my Laptop the min cpu processor power management rolls back to 100%....

I tried many time but it just keep rolling back to 100% no matter which power plan I choose. Also my laptop fans are running too fast whenever I restart because of this problem. They are running very fast that their annoying sound is more than my speakers maximum soundMy Laptop specs :-Laptop - Hp pavilion gaming series CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 5600H with Radeon GraphicsGPU - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPUOperating system - Windows 11RAM - 8.0 GB

Processor Power Management isn't there

Hello! I have a laptop and i find that the fan is constantly on, and the sound is unbearably loud. I checked various YouTube tutorials and some suggested reducing the CPU's power consumption percentage in the processor power management area (after clicking
advanced power settings). When I click advanced power settings, there is no section titled processor power management. is there a way to reduce the CPU's power consumption percentage, and why cant I find the processor power management section?

So you didn't understand. Change the active plan to some other plan and change max/ min processor state values (not CPU) to something other than min %100 and max %100

Just as a test.




If that has no effect then I don't have other suggestions.

That is exactly what I did previously. I tried setting max to 80% to test and task managers cpu displays constant 80% instead of 100% on the performance tab and 80% above the cpu column in the users tab. Sadly it has no effect but thank you for the suggestion.
