    MSERT and VIRTOOL Defender Tampering and Remote Admin

    My PC is infected with pernicious malware of a hacker, probably a rootkit that alters the hidden System Volume Information folder and attacks the Windows Defender system. The hacker controls my PC and makes changes to it. He also controls my android smartphone and my iPhone. One secure router detected BOT activity.

    MSERT stops before it finishes, finds16 files infected says it cleaned them and calls this malware VIRTOOL:Win32\DefenderTamperingRestore but does not say what these files are (or were).

    Upon running sfc /scannow in Administrator CMD it says it has found corrupted files and restores the very files it has deleted. Upon restarting the computer is just as infected as it has been. Clean-wiping the disk and reinstalling the OS does not solve this either. The PC is behind a secure router. The malware disables all antivirus tools and the Windows Defender service cannot be started.

    Some websites speak of a Trojan called Remote Admin Win32 connect screen gen.

    The Microsoft article on this subject does not solve the issue.

    Reinstalling Windows or resetting the PC does not solve the issue.

    Any ideas or experience you may have will be very deeply appreciated.

    List the EXACT "blah, blah" you mention, here please... for ALL installation cases!

    (Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)
