Windows 10: Every time I start a game on Steam I get a pop up stating "Get an app to open this...

The only answers I've found regarding this are for windows 10 and don't help me. I know this is related to game bar which i recently deleted. I'll redownload it if it makes this go away but can't find it in the Microsoft store. The ideal solution would be to just stop windows from trying to open the gaming overlay at all, if possible. Thank you for any help

Check if you are updated with the latest version of Windows 11;
