Why does my PC blue screen crash every time I try to launch a game?

Hello,

So there are two games specifically that I play. Both of which will crash my PC on launch. Ark Survival Evolved (Steam) and Fortnite (Epic Games). I even made sure that my GPU and windows are all up to date with the updates. The odd part is, if I just turn my computer on after a shut down or a restart, the games fire right up without any issues. The only time the games will crash on launch is when my PC has been running for more than 10-15 minutes. What’s even more odd is, when the PC does crash the blue screen appears and then disappears so quickly that I don’t even have time to take a picture of or read the error code on the blue screen. Has anyone ever ran into this issue? Any idea where I should begin to search for a solution?

I assume from the title of your post Crash/Blue Screen that the PC has crashed and produced a *BSOD=[Blue Screen Of Death] =Blue Screen; and that the PC recovered from this; if and when you see the Blue Screen write the Stop Code down; recover the PC or use one that is working to access the net and look up the Stop Code.

nb: You may be able to view this with a [*BlueScreenView] application, google for this.

BlueScreenView scans all your minidump files created during 'blue screen
of death' crashes, and displays the information about all crashes in one
table. For each crash, BlueScreenView displays the minidump filename, the
date/time of the crash, the basic crash information displayed in the blue
screen (Bug Check Code and 4 parameters), and the details of the driver
or module that possibly caused the crash (filename, product name, file
description, and file version).
For each crash displayed in the upper pane, you can view the details of
the device drivers loaded during the crash in the lower pane.
BlueScreenView also mark the drivers that their addresses found in the
crash stack, so you can easily locate the suspected drivers that possibly
caused the crash.

Blue Screen crash after launching a game

Ok so what is happening ? I've had my gaming laptop for 4 months now and everything worked perfectly with a rtx 3060 Bsince 2 weeks ago but now ALL my games are crashing at some point after launching them

Some like Rocket League I can play 2-3 games and then they crash, some like cyberpunk 2077 crash 60 seconds after launching whether I play or not and others like cult of the lamb make my pc CRASH and turn off after some time.

I tried uninstalling the latest update and it fixed it, but after 30min the update was back and I couldn't delete it (even with the cmd command) so I kept installing new updates etc and now I am totally screwed

I keep getting this blue screen error and crashing and i don't even have the time to read what's written on them

I am on Windows 11 on Laptop thank you and YES my drivers for the GPU are updated I checked 6 times
