    Every time I try to open chat for technical support, the chat widget is a blank white screen.

    Chat with Technical Support

    11/27/15 Answer Desk gave me a link to Technical Support. Every time I go there and click on a person to chat with I am redirected to the Answer Desk. I have tried this at least 5 times today. I also have a phone number, but message says they are
    not there. I was told they are there 24/7.
