Every time I try to use any Microsoft app such as Word, Xcel, Etc. it prompts me to sign in but then says I need internet. I am already connected to the internet.It won't allow me to sign in to use any of my microsoft apps. It also says it doesn't recognize my account and then when I try to set up a new account with that same address it says an account already exists? I am at the point where I am unable to use any apps for work. Please helps me figure out why this is happening. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the apps and it makes no difference. It seems like it doesn't recognize th

I have a lot of ms word files on my pc. But one of them showed me an error - Getting unknown error messages while opening (.doc) or (.docx) files. I don't know how to open my word file or repair microsoft word. Any suggestions, guys, please.
