Windows 10: Every time I turn on my pc it does a automatic repair and fails what do I do?

So every time i turn on my pc, it does an automatic repair and fails and I always get this screen. Continue to windows 11 doesn’t work as I just return back to this screen.Turn off pc doesn’t do anything, use a device don’t have anyIf I go to trouble shoot advance optionsStart up repair and startup settings didn’t help fix the issue,Uninstall updates, I uninstall the quality update didn’t fix anything, for the feature update it gives me a warning that it may affect the apps I use and I have unfinish projects on apps that I want to avoidUrdu firmware and command prompt I didn’t do yetReset my p

Preparing Automatic Repair/Diagnosing Your PC Loop

To resolve your concern with continuously looping your system, we suggest that you follow the Startup Repair steps below:

• Turn off your computer.
• Turn on your computer. As soon as you see the Windows logo with the spinning dots, press and hold down the power button until your computer turns off. Do this process
  twice.
• Turn on your computer for the third time, and let it load.
• It should give you the message: Preparing Automatic Repair.
• On the next screen that would appear, click on Advanced Options.
• Select Troubleshoot.
• Go to Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.
• Wait for the repair to finish.

Update:
Tried the Repair disk. Still back to "Your pc ran into a problem", "Preparing automatic repair" followed by Advanced Options which have been tried again.

Would anyone recommend:

• bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd
• bootrec.exe /fixmbr
• bootrec.exe /fixboot

Otherwise, I have a bootable Win PE file waiting to be burned on to USB key, as suggested by other Forum user, but unsure what to do with it when (or if) it boots up the laptop.
