Windows 10: Every time laptop blacks out, I have to manually power it off & turn it back on

Well, the title is self-explanatory. I even have a screensaver set up. Plus the battery is in good condition and has full or enough power, whatever the situation is. Regardless, it blacks out if it's idle for too long - as in I can't wake it back up by pressing a key or moving my mouse - and even if the power button is still lit, I have to do the following I mentioned. What's going on? Thanks in advance!

My hp laptop wont turn on

This is a frequent problem am sure as you have already seen from online searches.

Flea power is usually the culprit here, basically its residual power that remains on the computer even after thecomputer has been shutdown. You can drain the flea power with the steps the other answers have suggested.

• Disconnecting the battery and adapter
• Press the hardpress the power button for 30 seconds
• This should clear the flea power

You may try to run the Power Troubleshooter and Reset the power options.

Method 2:

Run the in-built Network troubleshooter by following the steps below.

Then, shutdown your PC and check.

W10 wiped my son's laptop
