Windows 10: Every video I watch won't resume

Basically, every video I watch Youtube, Twitch, the video player from Windows, Netflix, a recording from Microsoft Teams when I pause it and then click on resume, the video starts, but has no sound on it and the time won't change. It's like if I pause a video during 28:40, and then resume it, the time won't change and the video image will start without sound. After a few seconds later 20 - 30 seconds the image of the will freeze and the audio will start. With the same example, the video image last for 10 seconds, so in theory, the video will be in the minute 28:50. When the audio starts, t

• Which web browser are you using to watch online videos?
• Do you receive any error message?
• What is the make and model of the computer?
