    Every Windows App On My Computer No Longer Works.


    A week ago I plugged in a brand new hard drive to my computer which somehow made it unable for me to open any picture on my computer. Multiple videos told me to reset the cache so I did. Now, it is nowhere on my computer so I decided to reset the store. That made all of my Microsoft apps unusable and the store app along with the photos app is nowhere to be seen. Every other app like Word, Exel, calculator, etc are all still there but are faded out and basically shut down. Even Cortana and Windows Startup don't work anymore. I've spent about 6 hours trying every video and forum post possible and NOTHING has worked.


    Please help I would send pictures but I can't even take screenshots anymore.

    Computer no longer working

    clearing the CMOS worked, but I had to unplug one of my hard drives. I am trying to reinstall windows on this HD but during the install I get "Error: Installation Failed: D:\I386\asms. Error Message : Data Error (cyclic redundancy check)."

    Any suggestions?

    Windows Camera app no longer works


    On my ASUS G74SX-3DE Notebook, Windows Camera no longer works after the app update(s) recently.

    It would start up with:

    I have no idea who makes the camera for the device and ASUS doesn't provide Windows 10 drivers except the camera works fine with other apps.

    Windows installs a driver with the device listed as:
    USB2.0 UVC 1M WebCam
    in device manager with driver version 10.0.10240.16384 and the date

    USB\VID_13D3&PID_5134&MI_00
    USB\VID_13D3&PID_5134&REV_0725&MI_00

    is the device ID's
