    Normally, thins llike Task anager and reming Bluetooth devices don't need to ask for admin perms, but now, whenever I start Task Manager or any other Windows proram even some of the settings, it asks me for admin. It started day before yesterday, when I added an account for access to my computer storage through network. I saw an Admin account, not accessable to me from switch user section, and Deleted it. I don't know what type of account was that and I can't get it back. I suspect that it is happening because I deleted that account.

    You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
