Windows 10: Everyday issues coming up in Windows 10 haven't even updated my system because I can't

So I have issues with Windows 10, first of all, no pre-installed apps will open, and even when I open Windows Store, it just closes, I have never had any issues like this, I tried running powershell and dism, even sfc didn't work, none of these options worked for me because it either never finds issues or gives an error. Second of all, Windows requires an iso of my version to repair my computer, since I don't have that, I'm pretty much screwed. I even tried using the troubleshooter that don't help at all. So much for getting your computer to work with Windows 10, I can't even want to enjoy usi

Notifocation of W-10 update genuine? Freezes computer, can"t verify.

Can you or anyone suggest a way to remove the virus? Haven;t been able to enter safe mode. I did trya windows repair program called system restore, which failed at two restore points.

Download MalwareBytes and run a Full scan then run a full scan with Defender

 

Win 10 all of a sudden open programs won`t minimise or maximise

Hi

I haven`t made any changes ..so probably a Windows update...previously with any running programs I could left click the icon in the taskbar and it would maximise and minimise...not now...also I can`t right click on desktop?? I also notice when I click on start I have these 3 `new` icons on top left of desktop...exted..pinned tiles..all apps...I never saw this before and it`s not on any of my other Win 10 pc`s (none of which have the issues described) Any suggestions gratefully received.
