Windows 10: Everything becomes slower after boot but boot speed didn't change. Please help

Recently in few days, suddenly my laptop got slower. It becomes slower after boot but boot speed didn't change and the programs automatically opens with boot are the same so i don't think its about too many programs running in background. Even right now while i am writing it freezes sometimes, windows explorer is slow, file transfer is slow, when open new tabs or close them it freeses, even task manager is opening slowly and closing slowly. I didn't download anything new so virus is not a possibility. I have no idea what is happening. I almost everything i can do, but my issue is not resolved.

Changing boot hdd

I downloaded PartitionMagic8.0, but the partition i want to make is not bootable.
So the system boots from the old, loud hdd, and when i unplug the old, it doesnt boot.
Any advice or suggestions how to change boot hdd without reinstalling Winxp?

Please be informed that, if there are many startup items on the desktop, it will take time to boot up to the desktop screen. It is the ideal time to boot up.

Also, suggest you to run the system maintenance troubleshooter.

Its a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with system.

Refer these steps:

1. Press Windows key +X, select
Control panel.

2 . Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.

3. Click on troubleshooting and click on the
view all option on the left panel.

4. Run the System Maintenance troubleshooter.

Boot time is getting slower and slower







I built my latest PC and upgraded the Windows 10 Home 32 bit to 64 bit back in December. I have 32GB RAM and have an I7 processor. My boot times continue to get slower and slower the past several months. I have googled solutions and tried many including booting into safe (no faster), using msconfig and the bootlog and verbose boot log and disabling services etc. Nothing seems to improve it. The OS is on a 256 GB OCZ SSD. I would love suggestions to speed up the boot which is about 4 minutes now. Would doing a clean install with a newly purchased Windows 10 Home or Pro solve it. That is my last choice. Thanks for reading.
