Windows 10: everything else lags when i launch a game.

perhaps im not finding the right words to search but i cant seem to find anything regarding this specific issue...i recently upgraded to a new desktop PC with 32g DDR5 RAM, i9 12900K & 3080ti win11 from a gaming laptop win10. ive always run a browser in the background while gaming on my 8yo laptop with no issues ofc i couldnt run recent games at highest graphic settings.i like to watch twitch/youtube/Plex while playing some games typically grindy ones that dont demand full attention at times but ever since moving to win11 on a high end PC every time i launch a game everything else

• What card game are you having issues with?
• Is the issue the same with other games?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far to resolve the issue?

Random lag spikes

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.
