Windows 10: everything except taskbar items becomes unclickable

Discus and support everything except taskbar items becomes unclickable in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; so sometimes when using a monitor everything on both my main laptop and monitor becomes unclickable with the only thing still clickable being the...     Why the ''Start, taskbar...'s'' button is unclickable (TASKBAR COLOR)

    Good morning,

    I have been looking online to find the way to personalize my Surface 3 (colors, background, etc.).

    The only problem is when I get to to change the color of my taskbar. The lists of steps that I need to follow bring me to Settings - Personalization - Colors and finally to ''Show accent color on the following surface'' where normally I would need to click
    on ''Start, taskbar, action center'', but turn out the button does'nt work...

    Why the Start, taskbar...'s button is grey and unclickable ?

    Why I am not able to change the color of my taskbar everything except taskbar items becomes unclickable :(

    Windows 11 Taskbar and other UI elements do not respond to mouse clicks.

    I fresh installed Windows 11 about 48 hours ago. After updates and other software installations the taskbar became unclickable/usable. The steps laid out in fix the taskbar twice. However after a restart the taskbar returns in inoperable. After the latest restart, the steps laid out in the link above no longer work.

    In addition to the taskbar, other elements that do not respond to mouse clicks are The BUY window that appears when purchasing a Movie through the Movies and TV app.

    Lastly, the entire Screen Snip app is unclickable. There are more UI elements that are unclickable but I listed these items due to their easy communicability.

    My taskbar is unclickable ....... each icon I pressed is unresponsive including "WIFI, Battery, start button"etc .please help me it's not solving ........
