Windows 10: everything is gone after i turned my comuter on i didnt do a factory reset but it looks...

opened my computer after shuttingdown and now everything is gone all my pictures and files, i did a system check and it says everything looks good . cant find them in the rycling bin but i can find stuff i chose to delete before this happened

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
