    Thank you and I think this pretty much shows what the problem is. There is no Windows 10 option for my specific graphics driver *Sad I guess it's too old and I'm not one of the cool kids *Sad No Windows 10 for me lol.

    I installed the windows 8 update for my graphics card and everything looked good. I also went in and did the scaling someone in here suggested and it made it even better. Windows 10 looks great! Thanks to everyone for your help!

    Everything is too big in Windows 10

    I won't tell you my opinion of Windows 10, if I really expressed my opinion I would never be allowed back. Among myriad other problems, when I boot up the picture is too big - every time! I found that if I switch off the monitor wait a few seconds and switch back on, (monitor only) the picture is the correct size. I suppose that is one advantage of using a desk top rather than a laptop, I wouldn't let Win 10 near my laptop!!
