Windows 10: Everything is unresponsive when skipping multiple times a video on browser

As the title says, when I skip, with either using my mouse or the arrow on my keyboard, the video stops.Every program open freeze, the desktop too and when I want to restart the PC, I have to manually shut It down because when I click on the Windows logo at the left of the search bar, It's stuck too, If you want to see by yourself, hold the click on the Windows logo and that's what I get.It's been like that for 8 months, with times where for 3 weeks nothing happens, and other times, It's constantly freezing when I skip.It's like that on YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime and all the others streami

Load this checklist video in Edge: (I'm assuming you did at least a few of these steps, since you stated you tried other suggestions earlier) Go through the list of suggestions here to try to repair YouTube for Chrome...

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.

 

Videos are blurry, not all but most of the time in browser

Is it specific to online videos or it is happening with other videos present in your system too?

I would suggest you to check all the available Windows Updates. Installation of recent Windows Updates should fix the issue.

If the issue still persists, then try updating the Display driver and check. Here is the steps:

  Press Windows Key + R on your desktop screen to go to run command box.
  
• 
  Type devmgmt.msc and hit Enter.
  
• 
  In Display Adapter, expand Display Adapter, right-click , and then click
  Update.
