Windows 10: Everything keeps changing size

Windows 10 version 1903

Everything keeps changing size. It seems to be something I'm doing with my touch pad but I can't figure out. There doesn't seem to be a particular part of the screen I have to hit. One minute the icons will fill half the screen and then they are so tiny I can barely see them. It is doing it to everything, email, pix, etc. This just started this morning. It makes the laptop almost unusable.

I'm using a new HP laptop.

What do I need to do to stop this?
