Windows 10: Everything Lags On Laptop After Windows 10 Update

My laptop mouse, touchpad, keyboard, programs, apps and startup lags after Windows 10 update. The mouse and touchpad cursor lags across the screen. And when my laptop starts ups, apps start up or programs start up the half circle that spins lags. So laptop lags on startup, lags when apps start and lags when programs start up. The keyboard also lags when I type. The laptop started lagging after I installed a Windows 10 update recently. So I thought I might have to reinstall Windows 10. And when I reinstalled Windows 10 nothing on my laptop lagged after a clean install of Windows 10. But then af
