Windows 10: Everything on my computer is in english except for certain menu descriptions among other...

I cannot upload files for some reason... But basically, even though I purged any and all languages that isn't the queen's language, I still get Malay as the name for some menus. For example, instead of "add or remove programs" when I click the magnifying glass search icon on the bottom left, I get "tambah atau hapus program". But when I click on it, everything else is in english, it's just the name that isn't in english. Everything that has a setting is set to US english. My region and all. This issue only started on random day, after an update that my gut has been telling me to delay.

Switching Japanese Windows with English menus

Yes, I do mean those keys. I tried just switching to Japanese keyboard, as you suggested, but those keys didn't work. Also, the selection key is normally the spacebar in Japan but I could only get IME to work with the Tab key (for those who aren't familiar with Japanese typing: you type in Roman characters, then press a selection key and it steps you through a list of options for the word you are typing in Japanese characters). Did you get the special keys to work as they do in native Japanese mode?

It may well be that I was missing something, although I did try every option I could think of. In any event, as I said, I gave in and now have Japanese Windows running with English menus and everything seems to be working perfectly.

Switching Japanese Windows with English menus

I have just reinstalled my PC with Japanese Windows (it's the only way to enable the full use of a Japanese keyboard - special keys etc.). However, I want my system language to be English (menus etc.). So far I have tried the following:

Settings:
Installed English language pack
Made English default language

Power menu (not sure of proper name - win_key-x):
Tried to switch language to English but does not appear in the menu.

Suggestions greatly appreciated!

Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.
What do you think?
