Windows 10: everything on my desktop stopped working

around 7:15 pm mt everything on my desktop stopped working can't bring up the start menu, microsoft store and other apps have explorer.exe class not registered and can't open action center what the heck is going on and since start menu doesn't work can't use feedback hub to get this fixed and i've shut down my computer to see if it would fix it hasn't so what's going on here and will this get fixed thank you

Remote Desktop Stopped working

It used to work. I've changed nothing. Windows 10 computers. All of a sudden it gives a "Your credentials did not work" error. I've tried everything listed in these forums but nothing works. I'm trying to access my desktop over my lan with a a wireless
laptop. I could do that this morning but now it won't work. Same user name same password. I suppose this was caused by some windows update or something. Is there a step by step troubleshooting procedure?

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

I suggest you to try updating the Display Adapter drivers check if it works for you.





Follow the steps to update the Display driver:

• Press Windows Key + X key and click
  Device Manager.
• Expand ‘Display Adapters’.
  
• Right-click on the Display Adapter listed and click on ‘Update Driver Software’.
• Select the option to automatically search for the updated driver software.
• Restart the computer after its updated and verify.

Also try to access the computer manufacturer's website and download the latest display drivers for your computer and install the same.

If issue still persists, I suggest you to Uninstall and reinstall the Display driver and check if it works for you.

• Press Windows Key + X key and click
  Device Manager.
• Expand ‘Display Adapters’.
  
• Right-click on the Display Adapter listed and click on ‘Uninstall’.
• Select the option to delete driver software.

Also try to access the computer manufacturer's website and download the latest display drivers for your computer and install the same.
