Windows 10: everytime explorer.exe is started asks for ms account log in...why...??

Discus and support everytime explorer.exe is started asks for ms account log in...why...?? in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; just to let you know that after been finally able to have installed this update my pc, win 10 home 64 desktop, became having this strange...     everytime explorer.exe is started asks for ms account log in...why...??


    just to let you know that after been finally able to have installed this update my pc, win 10 home 64 desktop, became having this strange behaviour...at every start up i got first , i mean before seeing my desktop, i got first this window where i'm asked to put my microsoft account password..:never happened before...i really do not have any password for my log in cause i'm the unique and admin user of my pc...:this happens also if i stop explorer.exe in task manager and then i re-start explorer.exe in task manageri get the same window asking for ms account log in...any ideas of the reason why.
