Windows 10: everytime i launch valorant other aplication closes and when i close valorant those...

my second screen which i hooked up with my laptop with nvidia 1650 updated with latest driver and cpu too when i launch valorant every other application which is open automatically closes like chrome microsoft todo obs vscode or any other app and when i alt+f4 valorant those applications which were closed automatically pops up just after closing valorant , and also when i place a pertiular icon on a particular place on my desktop and then when i restart my laptop it goes back to it's previous place from where i dragged it to another .. please some one send me some solution

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL on Valorant launch

I really need help with this guys,so everytime i launch valorant i get a bsod,when i initially installed Valorant when it told me to restart my pc i did so,but it did a bsod and since then i have not been able to open Valorant heres the minidump file:030123-35625-01.dmp Please send me a solution as soon as possible

Everytime I exit or close valorant it gives me a BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL I dont know why but this always happens everytime I close valorant

Laptop Crashing After I Close Valorant

Everytime I close Valorant, my laptop would crash after 2-5 minutes. Still haven't found the solution but, I had a warning that my storage of my battery is low, (low capacity) so maybe that is the cause of the crashing but I don't really know. I'd aprreciate if someone would reply to this question.

CPU: AMD Ryzen™ 5 3500U 2.1Ghz & 8 GPU cores & 4 CPU cores
MOBO: HP 85E0
RAM: DDR4 8GB RAM (5.92 Usable_
iGPU: AMD Radeon (TM) Vega 8 Graphics (Reaches 90°C+ (194 °F)+ while playing VALORANT
Dedicated GPU Memory: 2GB
GPU Memory: 5GB

By the way, these crashes happened in late May.
