    Everytime I open File Explorer both the taskbar and desktop icons disappear for a brief...


    Title is pretty much self explanatory, and while yes it is a very minor bug, it starts to become very annoying when using the PC for many hours. File Explorer is running fine for the most part, it just has this bug mentioned above that is starting to drive me crazy. I couldn't get a video of this (but will do in case is needed) but is similar to when you right click on the desktop and click on Refresh, but it happens everytime I open the Explorer lol (same with Recycle Bin). Any suggestions are well welcomed

    When I open "File Explorer" it appears for a brief moment and then disappears?

    When I open "File Explorer" it appears for a brief moment and then disappears? Also, "Word" does the same thing. Need help here.

    File Explorer icon disappears from Taskbar


    I just upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 yesterday and overall I've been happy with it. However, I note one strange behavior: the File Explorer icon seems to disappear sometimes from the Taskbar. I created a Desktop shortcut for File Explorer, but when I right click on it there is no option to pin it to the Taskbar. What's going on here?

    File Explorer icon disappears from Taskbar


    The File Explorer icon in the Start Menu indicates it is already pinned to the Taskbar even when it has disappeared. Clicking on Unpin from Taskbar and then immediately clicking on Pin to Taskbar causes it to reappear, but only temporarily. After that it periodically disappears and reappears just as before.
