Windows 10: Everytime i plug/unplug a USB or the audio wire from my pc it shutdowns?

so before a couple of days i was going to change my ethernet cable from my pc and it told me on my pc that it's going to shut down but i couldn't cancel it, i thought i pressed the power button and i didn't think about anything. But just today i unplugged the audio cable to do something and it shut downed too, any fix?Note: also happens when i plug something into my pc, as i saw that when i connected a USB C cable after the ethernet.

Windows Audio doesnt work, everytime a restart is required to bring back the audio

Thanks for providing suggestions. I have tried all the listed troubleshooting before I raise an question over here.

None of the things helped....in few steps it makes Audio work(Only because of the Restart that is made) again if I shutdown my system and start back after couple of minutes/hours audio doesn't work.

Extremely bizarre issue where headphones don't work after being unplugged and plugged back in

I was going through your suggestions, until I got to this part. When I got to step 16 on that list (create a new admin user account and see if the problem persists in that account), I tried that suggestion and created a test account. At first, when I plugged
in my headphones they weren't working (same as my original problem). But then when I unplugged them a Windows notification message popped up in the bottom right, saying something along the lines of "an audio device was disconnected". I plugged my headphones
back in and got the same kind of windows popup asking what type of device I just plugged in, and I selected the headphone option. After that, the headphones worked fine even when unplugged and plugged back in. Unfortunately, they are only working fine in that
alternate user account, and not in my normal one.

So I guess that means that the problem lies somewhere in my account settings, but how on earth do I fix it?

 

Windows 10: USB Audio Interface still powered after shutdown

Hello everyone, I need some help with my usb audio interface Fast Track C400.

I've read online that usb devices stay powered even after shutdown, in order to allow usb charge of phones and stuff like that; the problem is, even my USB audio interface does so. In the first place, it is annoying because of all those little led lights
that stay lit during the night; but, most importantly, when I turn on my PC and log into Windows 10, the device does not work anymore (I use it as the audio output, my headphones are plugged in it) and I have to unplug the device and plug it in again: this
is even more annoying since I have to do it every time I reboot my computer, and also I don't think doing this unplug-plug thing every time is good for my device.

I've also read online that in order to disable this USB feature I have to mess around in the BIOS which is something I don't want to do; is there any other way to do this?

Or, even better, can I somehow solve the audio-device-not-working-when-i-boot issue?
