Windows 10: Everytime I start my pc, I get a notification: "restart required" ," this pc needs to be...

I have checked for updates , everything is up to date, still the notification is there.

Restart required notification.

I keep on getting a list of three notifications to restart the PC. One for the AV stream camera 2500 another for imaging signal processor 2500 and Microsoft camera front. I have cleared the notifications & re-started but they keep coming back. what is wrong
& how do I sort it please?

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

If you are able to start the PC normally this time. Use the following steps to disable automatic restart in Windows on system failure.

• At "Start" -> "This PC" --> right click on "Properties", and then tap "Advanced system settings".
• In Advanced, click on "Settings" for Startup and Recovery.
• In the Startup and Recovery window, uncheck the Automatically restart check box.
• Click OK.
• 
  Now if the computer generates an error, it should not automatically restart
  

Once this is done, reboot the computer in normal mode and check.
