Windows 10: Eveything is shuffling

i just reinstalled windows on my pc and now everything is shuffling. when I go in sound settings the the devices are moving up and down and the default fivice keeps changing. Everything in the tray thats on the taskbar keeps moving about. when I open device manager everything is moving and it keeps flashing. And I reinstalled windows again to see if it would fix it and it didn't. I also cant install any updates.

Shuffle Screen Saver pictures

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

Have you checked the Shuffle option in Screen saver settings? If you haven't, please follow these steps:

• Press Windows key, type Change screen saver
  and hit Enter.
• Click on Settings, next to Photos.
• Put a check mark next to shuffle pictures and click on
  Save.
• Click Apply and OK to save the settings.

Xbox Music Shuffle NOT working on Windows Phone 8

Phone HTC 8x - Songs not shuffling after adding music to "now playing".

Problem Example: With Shuffle Activated

• Begin playing Album A - Songs shuffle as expected.
• Return to music list and select Album B to add to now playing

• When the currently playing song from Album A ends, a song from Album B begins. All songs from Album B will now play. Unless the shuffle songs button is toggled off then on again, the songs will not shuffle all the songs in the play count. No songs from
  Album A will play until the songs from Album B finish.
