    I have been using a Mac for and some years and am pretty competent at doing so. Having just purchased a windows laptop I am just about ready to take a chainsaw to it. I cannot seem to sort out the problems i have despite being able to get into settings and explore the various options there. Couple of immediate problems are these... I set up a blue tooth mouse because I dont thrive upon a trackpad, but whenever I shut down and the restart the machine, I have to wait for the mouse to become live again...When I browse the web if I hover over a site for more than a nano second it lives up.
