Windows 10: Excel and Power point has stopped working in my windows 11.

Excel and Power point has stopped working in my windows 11. When i try to open the apps, there is a pop-up saying: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\AppVlsvSubsystems64.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc000012f.

Internet Explorer 11; Windows 10....Stopped Working

IE11; Windows 10. For the past 2 weeks when I open IE11 I get Internet Explorer has Stopped working POPUP message rendering IE 11 unusable.

I have followed suggested Fixes by "Resetting" IE11; Use Software Rendering...is NOT checked. I have tried to use "System Restore" and go back to a Restore Point prior to 2 weeks but, I get unable to restore to xx/xx/xxxx because the process cannot file iexplorer.exe.

I have tried several Restore Points...get this same result.

I cannot fine the Internet 11 Install Update to delete it as it is not in the list History\Installed Updates.

Surely there must be away to fix IE 11...I have run out of things to do...suggestions with steps will be appreciated.

I will order Windows 10 Home and Home 365. I currently have Windows 7 with Power Point and Excel. I also have Publisher on another program separate from Windows 7. QUESTION: Should I download Home 365 first or Windows 10 first? I DO NOT want to lose
files I have on Power Point, Excel or Publisher.
