Excel basically stops when trying to copy cells or a row to another row and takes several minutes to complete the action. Although not always the print driver host for applications is running. Image below has already been hung for over 15 mins. ALSO this is the only sprdsht that has this issue.What can a run that will identify what is causing this withing this sprdsht? In shots below the circled items shows I was tryinh to copt 3 cells in row 2074 to the same cells on the next row. Environment. WIN 1, Surface 3 laptop, WIN365 NOTE: I had just installed MS's latest updates, but this

How can you copy multiple cells in Excel

Anything going on with this issue? I'd really like to be able to copy-and-paste multiple cells and use other than the 3 colors offered. Also, why can't you insert whole rows and columns?

Realize Excel is not designed to be a word document. Typically, a cell would hold a title or some short text far less then 255 characters. With that if you need far more than the cell limitation, you could either insert a Word document... Insert an object in your Excel spreadsheet. There's also the option to link to documents such as Word, PDF or website from within Excel *Wink At the end of the day, you're not going to overcome the cell limit, so I suggest you look for alternatives as suggested above.
