    Excel Document Crashing dwm.exe


    One of our user's machines keeps crashing display drivers when opening certain excel documents. Investigating the incidents in event viewer has reviled a crash of dwm.exe. The user is using a thunderbolt docking station and the device is running integrated intel graphics. When the crash happens all the monitors flicker the go black periodically before the applications open only on the laptop screen. The device must then be rebooted for the monitors connected via the docking station to come back up.Trouble shooting methods already perfomedUpdating all applications an windowsRemoving any excel a
