I can't recover some Excel files that simply disappeared from my list of files. Any help?

Close all open windows, restart the computer once and then login to the computer to check if that helps.

My Brother Laser printer shows black squares for colored backgrounds.

I have a Brother HL-5370DW which only shows black rectangles for areas which have gray or colored backgrounds. Example when printing an Excel spreadsheet. It works normally on a color printer. I've had this printer for years on Windows 7 and it's always
worked fine. Since Windows 10, not so much. Drivers appear to be current.
