Windows 10: Excel quick access bar does not show the right printer icon but look like sheet paper with...

Excel quick access bar does not show the right printer icon but look like sheet paper with magnifying glass on it. Would like to show printer icon? I am running Excel 2010 and don't know why it changes. Word shows the second ICON Right but not Excel.

It drives me crazy looking for the right ICON.

Remove items from Quick access.

I would suggest you to follow the below steps.

• Right click on the file or folder.
• Select the option “unpin from the quick access”

To pin items to an item already on the quick access bar.

Follow the below steps.

I would suggest you to create folder in the desktop screen & place all the files or folder which need to pin to the quick access.

• Open the quick access.
• Select the Desktop option.
• Right click on the folder & select the option “pin to quick access”

How can I print a Half Sheet (5.5 x 8.5 inch) paper in Excel Office 365

I would suggest you to follow the below steps, to print a Half Sheet paper in Excel.

1. Open the Excel Spreadsheet.
   
2. Go to File, click on Print.
   
3. Under the Print Settings, select the option "Custom Scaling".
   
4. Then select the option "Custom Scaling Options".
   
5. Under Page tab, select the option "Adjust to:" Change the value to 50%.
   
6. Click OK, and try to print the Excel paper.

Missing function like data validation function in excel sheet accessed in SkyDrive

• Where are you opening the excel sheet? Is it on your phone's browser or on the SkyDrive app?
  
• What is your phone exact model, OS and OS version?
• Does the problem happen on all your excel sheets including files uploaded from a computer and newly created ones?
  
• Does the problem happen if you access the excel sheet on the Excel client a computer?
