Windows 10: Excel UserForm Frame Border and Color

System OS - Windows 10Application - Excel 2019I use UserForms to present or collect information from the end user. Previously the UserForm frame and its color looked like the following:Currently in the VBA editor, the UserForm looks like the the image below and seems very similar to the former style of the UserForm.When the current UserForm is displayed to the end user, it looks like the image below:I am not proficient in Windows, but I suspect that something must have altered some systemwide frame and color parameters. Window Frame Color

Not background color. Not icon color. The question is Frame color. The frame is the line around every window, also known as "title bar" and "border". I also need it to be a color other than white that
identifies it as active/passive. In XP you had many options to configure the colors of all aspects of a window. Chrome browser can do
it, but you have to download a theme editor extension. Please recommend a theme editor for Win10 if available.

Can MS change the frame color of a passive/active window? It's a simple yes or no. If no, Win10 is prejudiced against folks with many types of color-blindness disorders and needs to have much better accessibility
options like the older OSes.

Thanks for the feedback. We missed one thing in adjusting the border size. Please follow the above steps, but in step 5, instead of
PaddedBorderWidth, double click BorderWidth and set it to 0.

To change the color of the title bar to white, follow these steps:

• Open Settings and select Personalization.
• In the left pane, click Colors.
• Look for Show color on title bar and toggle it Off.

Windows 365 window border color different from system settings

Microsoft 365 Version 2206, Build 15330.20266, Windows 10.

The system active window color is set, the Theme is Custom, Background is Solid color, the Color is Turf green, Background is off.

All apps except for 365 have a green border when the window is active.

Is there a way to make the borders of 365 apps green when they are active too?

Note: When the System settings were changed, the border of Excel turned green until the focus changed to another window. The border of Excel never returned to green when the focus changed back to the Excel window.
