Windows 10: Excel365 and Crypkey

Hello,

I am using Excel spreadsheets mit Macros. To protect these macros, my company did secure the spreadsheets with Crypkey. This did work very well with Windows 7 and Windows XP.

Did cross check now with other people in the company that use Dell Laptops 5000 series, Corei7 8th generation and windows 10. No problems at all to use the spreadsheet with Crypkey security.


Except on my Laptop the spreadsheet does return an error because the crypkey DLL can not be found.


Did check all path entries, uninstall Virus scanner, start software as administrator, did set the laptop to US-figure settings (comma and decimal) as I have Windows and Excel in german versions.


Any idea why the files can not be found?

CrypKey License Erro

When I install a new program windows show me this message (CrypKey License Error: -3) when I go to service of windows to Locate "Crypkey License" I did not fount it .....help me please???

Crypkey cannot start when I click to start it. 'System cannot find required file'.

What should I do to start it? And where is it located?

 

incompatible software

I just purchase a new HP laptop and I wasn't able to transfer some programs so I purchased new software. I purchase amazing designs digitize n' stitch its copyrighted 2006, it's suppose to work with Pentium III and above ... I can not get this program
to install, amazing design troubleshooting page suggest I change the Crypkey license hoewever, ive not be successful at doing that...I am wondering if there is another to try to install this software so I its a complete loss
