Windows 10: exception code c0000005, exception address 02A61236 Windows 10

Hello, I had just updated a third-party program Avast Free, and I had noticed that it doesn't open properly.I may need to troubleshoot this also in their help forums. I am wondering if someone here might be able to help me troubleshoot this issue from the Event Viewer error code?I found that is shows that a program related to Avast crashed.It shows that Application: TESvc.exeFramework Version: v4.0.30319Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.Exception Info: exception code c0000005,&

I am using a Bernina Embroidery Software 7 program that has worked just fine, until now, with my Windows 8. Now I installed it in windows 10 and it gives the following error

Exception Access Violation

Exception code: c0000005.

Exception flags: 0.

Exception address: 748857c2

Number of Parameters: 2.

Start-up address: 00409f20

Off Set Exception: 7447b8a2

I have tried few times to open this program and each time I get this message, but the Exception address and Off-Set Exception numbers change

each time.

Please advise.

MSI DragonCenter_2.0.121.0_x64 is throwing exceptions: Code: c0000005 - MoAppCrash

Exception error c0000005 means "memory access violation", likely an attempt to execute a code from data region.

This may be due to app incorrect behavior (often due to some add-ons), or due to driver error (may be detected by drivers verifier), or due to some hardware error, likely RAM.

Did you check your RAM modes (voltage, frequency, timings) are in compliance with motherboard compatibility list (QVL)?

 

Keep getting Exception Code c0000005 even after fresh install

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I attempted both of the suggested steps last night and through today I am still getting the same exception codes. The different application names that have had issues in the past 24 hours were:

- mscorsvw.exe

- MsiExec.exe

- DSAService.exe

- SurSvc.exe

- wuaucltcore.exe

- MsMpEng.exe

- svchost.exe_wuauserv

- provtool.exe

Almost all of which are being ran from the System32 folder, so windows specific files.

Not sure where to go from here.
